I have gained over 20 years of experience in customer service in various industries, including over 16 years in healthcare as a Certified Medical Assistant, Clinical Operations Manager, and Billing Assistant Manager. With this knowledge and experience, I can help you transition from a private health plan to a Medicare plan.
